INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect two types of information: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.
Personally Identifiable Information. Personally identifiable information means any information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you (“Personally Identifiable Information”). Such Personally Identifiable Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and billing and credit/debit card information. We may request Personally Identifiable Information from you when you register for an Account, sign up for a monthly subscription or contact us.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. When you simply access the Site or become a registered user of the Site, we may collect information that by itself cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information (such as age, profession or gender) (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”). Non-Personally Identifiable Information may also include user IP addresses, browser types, operating system a user uses, a time-stamp, and other browser or device information, part of the Site a user accesses, domain names, and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of the Site. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is used to help us understand who uses the Site and to improve the Site.
COOKIES AND OTHER DEVICE INDENTIFIERS

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
Generally, we collect, store, use and disclose information to enable us to:

Individuals who voluntarily give us their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone calls from us with information regarding their account information, issues with orders they have placed, technical, billing, or product-related issues when deemed necessary during our regular office hours.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information and anonymous aggregate statistics that do not personally identify a user will be kept and used by us for various purposes including analysis and reporting of usage patterns. We reserve the right to use and disclose Non-Personally Identifiable Information and anonymous aggregate statistics for any purpose and to any third party in our sole discretion.

We may engage certain trusted third parties (including our agents, business partners, or service providers) to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance, and database storage and management. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and get such services.

Disclosures for Legal Purposes. Uses after Account Closure. Bear in mind that if you close your Account, we may still keep your Personally Identifiable Information in order to (i) remain compliant with applicable laws, (ii) prevent fraud, (iii) resolve disputes, (iv) solve problems, (v) support any investigation, (vi) enforce our agreements and policies, and (vii) take other steps or measures as permitted by law.
How is the Information Shared
The information we collect may be:
- Shared with our agents or contractors who assist in providing support for our internal operations.
- Used by all of our trading names and affiliated group companies, and transferred to other countries for processing. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The fact that our Site may contain links to third-party websites shall not be construed as an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with those third parties. We do not exercise control over third-party websites either. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from you. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.
The security of your information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain your information in a secure environment and have implemented commercially reasonable procedures designed to limit unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your information. However, you are also responsible for helping us protect the security of your Personally Identifiable Information. For instance, never give out your password, and remember to log out of your Account when you are finished using the Site. Despite these measures, you should know that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with your information.
A cookie is a small piece of information that is sent by a website and stored on the visitor’s computer. Cookies are small files and will not pose any significant disk space concerns. Some cookies used by the Omtreview website may remain on the user’s computer after they leave the website, but most are set to expire within 30-365 days. You can disable cookies using the settings on your web browser, but doing so will prevent you from taking advantage of customization and certain security features.
We use data hosting provider(s) in the United States to store your data. The provider(s) chosen employ industry-compliant security measures to ensure data protection and up-time. Although we are committed to employing safeguards to protect user information, due to the inherent nature of online and evolving technologies, it is not possible to completely secure any/all data. We cannot guarantee that data is absolutely safe and secure from intrusion.
How long is the data stored
The duration of data storage usually depends on the type of information as indicated below. After the indicated time, the data is either deleted or archived (backed up). In cases where the data is archived, we make all efforts to continue to keep it secure until the time data is deemed safe for deletion.
Personal Information: This data is stored until the time you request to have it deleted. However, we may retain some personal information for a certain duration for us to meet certain legal and financial requirements, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and to support business operations.
Subscription data: Subscription-related data is stored until the subscription is no longer active. Once the subscription expires, the data is archived (backed up). As mentioned previously, we make all efforts to keep such data safe until it is deemed safe for deletion.
Transmission of Personal Data
The user acknowledges and agrees that by providing Omtreview any information through the website, the user automatically consents to the transmission of such personal or proprietary user information over international borders, as necessary, for processing in accordance with Omtreview standard business practices.
How to control your information
Update Personal Information
You can review and update your personal information along with other preferences from the “Profile” section of the website at all times (subject to availability). Upon request, we offer users the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, unique identifiers, and transaction information. You can also request to have any personal information, not relevant to the original purpose for which it was collected, removed by writing to us at the above addresses.
As stated, Omtreview will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications that contain personal information transmitted directly to Omtreview. Postings by a user on any public arena, such as a message board or in a chat room, will not and cannot be protected as confidential.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to open an Account.
If you are under 18, please do not attempt to open any such Account or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information to the Company via the Site. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from an individual under the age of 18 without any prior parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
